Delicious banana and peanut butter overnight oats that taste like a dessert

Your morning is just about to get 100 times better with this delicious and easy-to-make creamy-dreamy banana and peanut butter overnight oats. Did I mention it taste like a dessert? YUM! Don't forget to pin it!



1 large banana (approx 100g, peeled)

40g peanut butter (approx 2 tbsp)

100g oats 

150ml any milk

2 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp ground cinnamon


  1. Using a fork, mash your banana and mix it with peanut butter.
  2. Add milk* and mix well until you have a smooth mixture.
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients, stir to combine.
  4. Divide the mix between two glass jars and refrigerate overnight. 
  5. Enjoy!


*Any milk /mylk would work with this recipe. My favourite is the mix of almond and coconut milk from Nutty Bruce.
