Start your day off right with these delicious apple and cinnamon pancakes. They are fluffy, sweet and are filled with apples. Sooo good!! Gluten-free of course!
If you have time, cook your diced apples with a tsp of butter and a tsp of organic brown sugar, until apples have softened a little. 4-5 minutes. That will make your pancakes taste EVEN better.
Once you have done the dough, wait 10 minutes before starting to cook them. If you cook them straight away your pancakes will be thin and crumbly.
