Ingredients

large sweet potato
washed and sliced.
2-3
tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
2
teaspoons
organic Venetta powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220'C (440'F)
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, and set aside.
Thorouhgly wash and pat dry the sweet potato. Slice in to 2mm (0.07 inch) slices.
Place potato slices on the prepared baking tray so that the slices don't touch.
Brush potatoes with olive oil using a pastry brush and sprinkle Vegeta powder so that all slices are evenly coated with spices.
Bake them for 15 minutes. Take the tray out and using the kitchen thongs flip the slices onto the other side. Bake for another 10 minutes.
Flip the potatoes after 10 minutes once again and bake for another 10 minutes.
Now you should have perfectly crisp baked potato slices. Enjoy!

Notes
Make sure the oven is hot before you start baking them
Pat the potatoes dry before cutting them, excess moisture will make potatoes soggy.
Do not overcrowd the baking tray. Leave some space between the slices, so that they don't steam but bake in the oven.
Do not skip flipping 😉
