This Greek chicken marinade is so eay to make and tastes absolutely delcious. A easy weeknight fanily dinner that everyone enjoys, even the little ones.

Ingredients
1kgchicken of your choice, I used boneless chicken thighs, skin on.
Ingredients for Greek chicken marinade
1cup Greek yogurt, preferably organic.
1lemon, juiced
1/4cupof extra virgin olive oil
2teaspoonsdry oregano or use fresh chopped herbs, such as oregano, thyme, parsley, etc...
1teaspoonsea salt
1/2teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Combine the marinade ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the chicken and mix well so that all chicken pices are covered with the marinade.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for an hour or overnight.
Oven baked
Place the marinated chicken pieces onto a baking tray, lined with some parchment paper. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 360'F (180'C) or until the chicken is fully cooked. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Grill or grill pan
Heat up your grill and cook the chicken for 15 to 20 minutes turning a couple of times.
Notes
The cooking time given here is only a guide. The size of chicken pieces can vary significantly and so will the cooking time. I like using a meat thermometer to make sure the chicken is cooked.
Cook chicken thighs for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reached 170 degrees F (75'C).
The chicken breast will need 20 to 25 minutes or until the internal temperature has reached 160-165 degrees Fahrenheit (70'C)
