Instructions
Place diced mango, pineapple and milk in a blender. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth.
If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached. Aproximately 20 seconds.
Notes
If using fresh fruit add half a cup of ice cubes. Blend fruit and milk first, until you have a smooth consistency and only then add ice cubes and blend again on high speed for 30 seconds.You can use any milk you like, dairy, almond, or light coconut milk.Add some yogurt, nut butter, or a scoop of protein powder for extra protein.Only use ripe and sweet fruit, as the taste of your smoothie will depend on the quality of the fruit you choose.
