Ingredients

plain Greek yoghurt

tablespoons
tomato sauce
ketchup

heaped tablespoon of good quality mayonnaise
Freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon

teaspoon
gluten-free soy sauce
I use Tamari
1/2
teaspoon
Dijon mustard
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a medium size bowl.
Season with some salt and pepper.
Refrigerate in an air-tight container until needed.
The sauce will stay fresh when refrigerated for 2 days.
Notes
Add some chilli powder or a drop of tabasco to make the sauce spicy.
