Easy Furikake Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

fresh salmon fillets, skin on
2
tablespoons
furikake, japanese seasoning
2
teaspoons
good quality mayonnaise
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C)
Line the baking dish with some baking paper.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray, skin side down.
Thinly spread the mayonnaise over the salmon fillets.
Sprinkle furikake seasoning on top of the fillets and pat gently.
Bake salmon for 12 to 18 minutes, depending on the size and the variety of your slamon. See notes for more.
Take salmon out of the oven and serve.

Wild salmon will need 10-12 minutes at 360'F (180'C)
Farmed salmon such as Atlantic or King salmon will need 18 to 20 minutes at 360'F (180'C)
