Baked Lemon Butter Blue Grenadier
Forget fish and chips takeaway! This Blue Grenadier is baked in the oven with butter and lemon and is just as delicious as it is easy to prepare. It's even better than anything you'd get from your local fish and chip shop!

Ingredients
2
large fillets of Blue Grenadier
2
cloves
garlic
minced
2
tablespoons
organic butter
or use 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
zest of one organic or unwaxed lemon
2
tablespoons
freshly squeezed lemon juice
salt and pepper to season
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Line a baking tray or baking dish with baking paper.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Remove from the heat. Stir in the garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice.
Place the fish fillets on the prepared tray and season with salt and pepper. Spoon or brush the lemon butter mixture evenly over the fish.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
