Gently toast the slivered almonds and coconut flakes in a frying pan on medium-low heat until lightly golden.
Segment an orange and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the ingredients in a large mason jar or any other container. Add orange segments and mix gently without squashinf the oranges.
Cover the oats mix with an air-tight lid and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with some fresh orange pieces and some extra almonds and coconut flakes.
