Notes
Kid-Friendly Version: For younger children, deseed the jalapeños to keep the salsa mild. You can also skip the chili altogether for a non-spicy version. If you’re serving it to very young kids, you can also skip the onion to make it even more kid-friendly.Fresh Ingredients: Use ripe, firm mangoes and peaches for the best flavor and texture. Nectarines work as a great substitute.Customization: You can swap red bell pepper with yellow or orange peppers for a different color and flavor. Feel free to adjust the lime juice and salt according to your taste.Refrigerate: Store leftover salsa in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. Give the salsa a quick stir before serving.
