Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly and spin them dry in a salad spinner.
1 head green lettuce such as oakleaf lettuce
Cut the lettuce into 2 cm strips and place them in a large salad bowl.
Combine the olive oil, honey, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a small jar. Shake well to combine.
