black beans

tahini

garlic clove, pressed

sweet paprika

ground cumin

Instructions
Drain and rinse canned black beans.
1 can black beans
Place rinsed black beans in a food processor along with all other ingredients. Blitz on high for 30-40 seconds.

1 garlic clove, pressed,
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika,
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin,
pinch of salt
Open the lid and scrape down the sides of the processor bowl, then blitz again.
If the mixture is too thick, gradually add 1/4 cup of filtered water until you reach the desired consistency.

Notes
Add some cayenne pepper or chili powder if you would like your dip to have a bit of a spicy kick.
Incorporate smoked paprika for a delightful smoky flavor.
