Ingredients

ripe tomatoes

burrata cheese

Instructions
Rinse the tomatoes and fresh basil leaves under cool running water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.
Slice the tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices and arrange the tomato slices and basil leaves on a large platter.
Place the ball of burrata cheese in the center of the platter.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil generously over the tomatoes and burrata. Sprinkle sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Serve with crusty bread and enjoy!
Notes
Use tomatoes at room temperature for the best flavor.
If you prefer you can add balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze.
