Quick & Easy 30-Minute Bang Bang Salmon Recipe (Oven-Baked)
This delicious Bang Bang Salmon is bursting with sweet and tangy flavor. It's the perfect, easy weeknight dinner. Serve it with some basmati rice and some veggies and enjoy!
Preheat oven to 360°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and garlic powder in a medium-sized bowl.
Place salmon fillet skin-side down on the baking sheet. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Brush salmon generously with Bang Bang sauce.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork, is lightly golden, and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
For extra flavor, brush cooked salmon with additional sauce and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
