Can I use chicken breast instead of chicken thighs?

Yes, you absolutely can. While I find that dark meat is juicier and more flavorsome, this is obviously a matter of taste. Reduce the cooking time to 30 minutes if making this recipe with chicken breast. In fact, you can use any part of chicken such as drumsticks, chicken leg quarters and even chicken wings.
